of experience and a proven track record of
maximizing shareholder value in start-up and high-growth companies. Operating as the President or CEO for the past eight years, Valeri has built private companies from the ground up, raised funding, sold a company, and assisted in an IPO. Additionally, Valeri launched and ran Ameritech’s Internet division (Online Yellow Pages and ISP) and led SBC’s national Internet division. Valeri is also a Board Advisor for the University of South Florida's Center for Entrepreneurship and received her MBA from the University of Michigan.

industry experience. He has worked
as the CFO, COO, and Treasurer of several private and publicly-traded companies in various services and technology industries. Dave also served as an independent consultant to private companies and venture capital firms. He began his career with KPMG, LLP.

 | – Kurt has over 23 years of experience in
the real estate industry as a Broker and Attorney. He held Managing Broker positions at Coldwell Banker and Arvida Realty Services in several Florida markets. Kurt holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College and a law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.

experience within the real estate industry. As Director of Internet Marketing at American Home Guides, Frank was responsible for the creation and implementation of all search engine marketing. He developed a network of over 400 web sites that brought in over 2.5 million visitors a month.
