Adrian Marrullier Joins New Homes Realty’s Board of Directors

Clearwater, November, 28th 2006 – New Homes Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Marrullier to its Board of Directors. New Homes Realty is based in Clearwater, FL, and provides Buyer's Agent services for new and resale homes in 36 states with its network of over 450 licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers. Adrian brings a broad depth of online and brand marketing experience to the board with a proven track record of success. As a Director, he will be an important contributor to New Homes Realty’s marketing and growth strategy.

Adrian Marrullier brings more than 20 years of international and domestic sales and marketing experience to the New Homes Realty board. As Executive Vice President–Sales and Marketing for Bisk Education, Adrian is responsible for driving all lead generation, sales and marketing initiatives. Adrian was previously CEO of Petspark Ltd., an e-commerce company based in England, and prior to that, was Director of International Business Development for Virgin Clothing & Cosmetics, where he led a global licensing and brand management system for a division of Richard Branson’s Virgin Group in the U.S. and Europe. Adrian also previously worked in several positions with the Philip Morris Companies.
