New Homes Realty Hires Kurt Gleeson as Managing Broker for West Florida Region

Clearwater, May 31, 2006 – New Homes Realty has hired Kurt Gleeson as the Managing Broker for its West Florida Region. New Homes Realty is based in Clearwater, FL, and provides Buyer's Agent services for new and resale homes in 36 states with its network of over 450 licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers. The high volume of New Homes Realty customers in the state has led the company to divide its Florida operations into three distinct regions. Kurt’s region of responsibility will be the western coastal counties from Citrus south to Collier, as well as Hillsborough and Polk Counties in Central Florida.

Kurt Gleeson has over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry as a Broker and Attorney. He has worked in several Florida markets since 1999, including Naples, Sarasota / Venice, and Tampa Bay. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Kurt holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College and a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School.
