I exclusively represent the buyer, which means I always and only work for you.

Because buyers and sellers ultimately decide what they will do, it is my job to offer advice based on my experiences in similar situations. It is not my job to push or pressure people into making decisions that are not in their best interest.



2. Be reliable. I believe in "being there" for my clients. I make it a point to be prompt, respond quickly to phone calls, and attend all appointments.



3. Provide and facilitate excellent communication. Nothing is more critical to a buyer or seller than consistent communication and feedback. I ensure that all aspects of the transaction are fully explained so my clients are prepared for each step in the process as they move forward towards closing and the purchase of their new home.



4. Conduct all business with honesty and integrity. I want buyers to make educated decisions. I believe in giving honest feedback and truthfully advising my clients.



5. Focus on my client's needs. I listen to what people have to say. I focus on the needs of my clients and make every endeavor to meet their needs.
