Relocation Guide
It's exciting that you and your family have chosen the beautiful Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida to be your future home, or a place for your vacation (second) home. Having made the move many years ago, I realize how overwhelming the process can be. However, having an agent - especially an exclusive Buyer's Agent - is a valuable asset.
When you live on the Southwest Gulf Coast of Florida, it's not deciding whether to go to the beach or not, but which beach to go to! After a relaxing dinner at one of the many restaurants to choose from, you can enjoy a sunset at some of the most beautiful beaches in the country (including Siesta Key, known as one of the top ten beaches in the world). Also known as the cultural capital of Florida, Sarasota and the surrounding communities offer everything from the ballet to opera to live performances at the famous Van Wezel Theater. Your children will enjoy the G-Whiz learning center or visiting The Jungle Gardens. Special events like the annual air show in Punta Gorda or the 4th of July boat races in Sarasota are surely to become a regular to your calendar too.
