I began my professional career in my family's Washington, DC metro area business, where I renovated historic inner city homes. Since then I've become a guiding influence in building and land development in the southern California region. I have continued to diversify and expand my expertise, working with numerous builders and developers to provide sales and marketing services for new single-family detached homes, condos, semi-custom homes, and custom homes.

I have also sharpened my ability to determine the marketability, political climate, environmental conditions, and feasibility that make a potential purchase the right choice for a customer. My analysis will look closely at the community impact and growth, and whether or not the land parcel suits the immediate and long-term needs of the buyer. Critical concerns such as roads, traffic, utilities, population, demographics, schools, and parks are all painstakingly addressed.
