I am Canadian by birth and lived in Calgary, Alberta (the oil and gas capital of Canada). The energy industry is exciting and challenging, and it became my career of choice for 23 years. During that time I formed my own consulting business as a Contract Analyst, working for oil companies - with all levels of management and staff - in exploration and development.

I first visited Phoenix in 1976 and immediately fell in love with the ambiance of the city with its warm climate and beautiful Sonoran desert sunsets. I gradually spent more time in the Valley, and in 1992 I began purchasing income properties. Since then I have been involved in all aspects of buying, selling, and leasing real estate. I attained US citizenship and have permanently resided in Phoenix since 1998; I've witnessed the metamorphosis of Phoenix from a small city to a major metropolitan area.

I decided to follow my passion and assist others in achieving their goal of home ownership.
